What we collect

• Free video sign-up: your first name (optional) and email.
• Purchases: Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
• Feedback form: whatever you choose to share. We ask you not to send account numbers or loan papers.
• Emails you send us: your message and email address.
• Website visits: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use (for example, your general area, device type, and pages viewed). It does not get your name, email, or payment details. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Call Plan Builder: the numbers you type in (payment, amount behind, dates) are saved only in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us. We only count that a plan was built and which type you picked (for example, "payment plan"), never your numbers.
• Practice calls: these use your microphone. Your voice is sent to ElevenLabs, our AI voice provider, so the pretend lender can talk back and score your call. ElevenLabs may keep the recording and transcript under its own privacy policy. We keep a coded (hashed) version of your email and how many practice calls you've used. Please don't say real account numbers or your Social Security number on a practice call.
• Course access: after you buy, we set one cookie that remembers you paid, so you don't have to type your email every time.

How we use it

• To send the free video and a few short tips (reply STOP to any email and we take you off the list).
• To deliver the course, send receipts, handle refunds, and answer questions.
• To improve the course using feedback.
• To share your words as a testimonial only if you checked the box saying it's OK, using your first name and state only.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace and Zapier (sending emails and handling sign-ups), Google Analytics (site visit counts), ElevenLabs (practice-call voice AI), our form tool (feedback), and our website host (Netlify). We do not sell your information. We never share it with your lender or with debt collectors.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete your information. Unsubscribe from emails anytime. To remove a testimonial you shared, email us and we'll take it down.

Kids

This course is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
