A digital, educational course: short videos and printable cards ("Playbook," $27), and an optional Letters & Scripts Pack (+$12, sold together as a $39 bundle). Prices are in US dollars. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. The charge appears on your statement as NEXT STEP SALES.
After payment you are sent to your course page. Access is for your personal use. Please don't share, resell, or post the videos, cards, or templates.
The course gives general information about how auto loans, late payments, and lender options commonly work. It is not legal, financial, tax, or credit advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Next Step Sales Solutions LLC is not a law firm, debt settlement company, debt management provider, or credit repair organization.
We do not contact, negotiate with, or make payments to your lender or anyone else on your behalf, and we never hold your money. You decide what to say and do, and you deal with your lender directly.
Laws and lender policies vary by state and by lender. We make no promise or guarantee that you will avoid repossession, lower your payments, improve your credit, or get any particular result. For legal advice, contact a licensed attorney or your local legal aid office.
Some videos use an AI-generated version of Jeff, made from his real face and voice. Example phone calls use AI voices. All lenders, names, and situations in examples are made up.
Watch it. Use the scripts. If you don't feel more ready to call your lender within 14 days of buying, email info@nextstepsalessolutions.com and we'll refund every penny. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The guarantee is about the course. It is not a promise about what your lender will do.
